Return an Online Order

If you want to return an order you bought online within the past 30 days, you can return by mail. Send us an email stating you wish to cancel or return your order and we will send you a return label and issue a refund in store credit. The customer will cover additional shipping costs.

Exchange an Online Order

If you wish to exchange an order you bought online within the past 30 days, send us an email stating you wish to exchange your order as well as the item you wish to exchange it for. We will send you a return label and will ship out your exchanged item once the original is returned undamaged.

If the item you wish to exchange is less than your original order, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit. 

If the item you wish to exchange is more than your original order, you will have to pay the difference.

The customer will cover additional shipping costs.

Refund

At this time we can only offer refunds in the form of store credit. You will receive an email containing a gift card up to your order's value including shipping.
